We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients by providing timely support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices

Handle ticketing system requests and ensure timely resolution

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications

Assist with server maintenance and patch management

Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues to the L3 team

Support onboarding of new employees (hardware, software, access rights)

Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration

Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, and Office 365

Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
