We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. This is a client-facing role that combines lead generation, consultative selling, and account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in IT services (Managed IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation)

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events

  • Meet potential clients, understand their pain points, and present tailored solutions

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations

  • Work with technical teams to create solution demos and project scope documents

  • Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT services business development

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, networking, cybersecurity) is a plus

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
