We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. This is a client-facing role that combines lead generation, consultative selling, and account management.
Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in IT services (Managed IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation)

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events

Meet potential clients, understand their pain points, and present tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations

Work with technical teams to create solution demos and project scope documents

Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT services business development

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, networking, cybersecurity) is a plus

Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
